For a long time I kept my services completely flexible with a pay-as-you-go approach and no set packages. I still offer those flexible terms for some services but through my years of experience I know what it takes to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
I have created a package specifically designed to support you in turning things around. This package will help you to understand why you feel, think and act the way you currently do and how to change it.
You will learn some ‘tools’ and ‘techniques’ to help you cope but more importantly we will work together to help you create real, powerful and lasting change on a deeper, more personal level so that you no longer require ‘coping mechanisms’.
You will get to the root cause and discover how to succeed with confidence rather than battling against what you feel it is that’s holding you back.

This package is for you if you feel that doubt, worry, stress or anxiety are getting in the way of you enjoy life the way you want to.
You may have already tried CBT or other approaches and found that it’s helped you to cope and ‘manage’ the situation but hasn’t actually dealt with the cause. Some people even find that as a result they are left feeling even more hopeless and blaming themselves more for the challenging situation they find themselves in.
In reality your anxiety or lack of confidence is the problem it is because of you experiences, beliefs and expectations. We can work to turn those around on a deep and subconscious level.

That said, If you require further ongoing support for other things or something else comes up in the future that you would like support with we can arrange a bespoke package or a discounted session-by-session rate to follow up from here on.
Life doesn’t always go to plan, things can change and unexpected situations can come up. Before we begin will discuss what the best option looks like for you. Some examples of bespoke changes that have been made include: adding a deep-dive session at the start to cover a detailed history, moving the sessions closer together or further apart to suit your needs, and spreading the sessions out and increasing the number of check-in sessions.
We will plan the session dates and times in advance to make it easier and more manageable but these can be moved if required, with notice.
